A three-car collision killed an 85-year-old woman who was transported to Beaumont Hospital in Troy for treatment after the crash.
According to authorities, the driver of a 2002 Buick Regal was pulling out of a private driveway onto Auburn Road when they were struck by a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado. The driver of the Regal was crossing all lanes of Auburn Road when the vehicle was struck by the Silverado. The Regal was pushed into a 2014 Buick Enclave.

The 85-year-old passenger of the Regal had to be extricated by the Rochester Hills Fire Department and was transported to Beaumont Hospital, where she died. The driver was also transported to Beaumont Hospital with serious injuries, but is listed in stable condition.
The drivers of the Silverado and Enclave were not injured in this crash.
Authorities say that alcohol was not a factor.
The crash is under investigation.
