ROYAL OAK, Mich. – A semi-truck has hit a traffic light pole, causing the lights to fall onto the intersection of 14 Mile Road and Coolidge Highway, according to Royal Oak police.
The semi-truck fled the scene afterward. Police believe the incident was a hit-and-run crash.
