Winter storm to bring snow, freezing rain

A winter storm is on its way to Metro Detroit and it's bringing more snow and freezing rain. Precipitation is expected to roll in overnight. It'll start out as snow and then transition to freezing rain. The freezing rain will shift to regular rain during the day on Tuesday.
