Colorado senior community bans laughing, loud conversation and television sounds

A Louisville, Colorado, senior community is going silent in its common areas due to a ban on noise, according to 9News. 

The senior community for those age 55 and up is asking its residents to use their library-level voices and limit all laughing and chatting in the common areas. 

The residents have shown mixed reactions to the ban. Some feel that it is great and will make the place quieter, while others see it as a challenge especially if they are hard of hearing.
