Plymouth asks residents to help keep water costs down
PLYMOUTH, Mich. – The city of Plymouth is asking residents to help keep water costs down and prevent future rate hikes.
Voluntary water restrictions are scheduled throughout the summer. Officials say doing so will decrease the city's usage during peak times.
That's one factor the Great Lakes Water Authority uses to set water rates.
