Morning Show Insider: 🎃 Do it Already

From the desk of Jason Carr: All this talk of moving Halloween to the last Saturday in October is a bunch of boo. Just do it and be done with it. Thanksgiving isn’t tied to a date, just a day of the week. So if it’s good enough for turkey and the Lions, it should work for ghosts and goblins.

Speaking of which, one time when I was in elementary school, my Mom made me a realistic (gory) headless horseman costume that was so good it freaked out the younger kids in the hallways. So they made me take it off until the end of the day, which was a bummer. Later, the box that contained my actual head was so limiting it’s a wonder I survived trick-or-treating without suffocating or stumbling into oncoming traffic. But I got my Reese’s peanut butter cups and that’s all that mattered.
