PORT HURON, Mich. – Port Huron police are investigating an armed robbery.
The robbery happened in the 3100 block of Electric Avenue and police initially urged residents in the area to remain inside and call 911 to report anyone suspicious.

Police said that, after the armed robbery, an unknown black man fled the scene in an unknown direction. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Port Huron Police Department.
No injuries have been reported.
