Wolverine teams up with Sword & Plough

DETROIT – Wolverine announced it will donate all proceeds from the 1000 Mile x Sword & Plough boot to a veterans organization.

The shoemaker teamed up with Sword & Plough, a veteran-owned fashion company, for the limited-edition boot.

Proceeds from orders placed through Nov. 12 will go to Operation Finally Home, a nonprofit that builds mortgage-free homes for veterans.

According to Wolverine, the boots use Goodyear Welt construction, making them durable and flexible.

The coyote leather boots are crafted with re-purposed military tent fabric. They have a Vibram Pittsburgh outsole, speed hooks and coyote laces.

The boots cost $385. Buy them here.
