DETROIT – Police are investigating a stabbing that left a 26-year-old man injured.
According to police, the stabbing was carried out by an unknown man Friday in the 6200 block of east 7 Mile Road in Detroit.

Police say the victim was stabbed after getting in an altercation with the unknown man. The victim was treated for nonfatal injuries.
Police described the stabber as a middle aged black man, wearing a red knit cap, red jacket and gray pants.
