Metro Detroit businesses celebrate Small Business Saturday

DETROIT – Small Business Saturday is like Black Friday with a local twist -- it’s all about keeping the money spent in your own community.

Taking place on the last Saturday of November, the annual shopping day was established in 2010 as a counterpart to Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
