CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – Elon Musk’s SpaceX launched and intentionally blew up a rocket after it successfully passed a test to launch people into space.
It was a test-simulated a situation in which the launch was cut short, triggering the crew pod to separate from the rocket and use parachutes to land safely back on Earth.
