NEW BALTIMORE, Mich. – A New Baltimore gas station reported $10,000 to $15,000 missing from the store safe on Monday.

The missing money mystery was solved when police played the surveillance video from the Sunoco Gas Station.

Police say station employee Taylor Elizabeth Klein, 21, from New Baltimore, was caught on camera stealing the money out of the safe.

The gas station owner checked his records and discovered over the past three months more than $60,000 missing.

A search warrant of Klein's apartment turned up $50,000 in cash and drugs.

Klein was arrested and charged with embezzlement and possession of marijuana.

If found guilty she could face up to 15-years in prison.

Klein was arraigned Wednesday with a $5,000 cash bond.
