5 shot at party near Saginaw Valley State University

Police are still searching for the suspects

SAGINAW, Mich. – Five people are recovering Sunday after being shot at a large party near Saginaw Valley State University.

According to police, the shooting occurred around 2 a.m. at the Cardinal Townhomes on Pierce Road.

The five people that were shot suffered non-fatal injuries. None of the victims are Saginaw Valley State University students.

The main suspect is described as a black man in his early 20s with dread locks and frosted blonde tips. The other suspect is described as a black male wearing a red shirt with a straight brim hat.
