Car crashes into home on Detroit's east side

Detroit Police say it was a stolen vehicle

DETROIT - No injuries were reported after a car crashed into a home on Detroit's east side Saturday night.

The accident happened just after 11p.m. on the corner of King Richard and Merlin Streets. A driver lost control of their vehicle causing it to climb the porch of the home and land just near the front door.

Detroit Police tell us that this was a stolen vehicle. It is unknown at this time if the driver of the vehicle is in custody.

Thankfully, there were no injuries in the crash.
