DETROIT – Local 4 last caught up with the now-retired Detroit police chief, Ralph Godbee, when he was dodging tough questions from reporters at Detroit Metro Airport.
That was after a female Detroit police officer who claimed to be his mistress learned Godbee was out of town with another woman. Godbee wasn't ready to talk about it then.
He is now. He sat down with Local 4's Carmen Harlan to give his side of the sex scandal.
