DETROIT - Detroit police Chief James Craig is outraged and speaking against Wayne County judges, saying they don't support the police force.

Craig seldom minces words, and Wednesday was no different as he spoke about the charges being dropped against a man charged with spray-painting threats against police on a building.

On Tuesday, a judge dropped a terrorism charge against Stuart Lewis, saying that spray-painting the words "Kill all police" didn't reach the level of a terrorist threat.
