DETROIT - A little rain falls ahead of a cold front Saturday morning. Once it passes, drier, chillier air arrive for the afternoon, then sunnier skies Sunday.

Saturday night will have fair skies and cold conditions. Lows will be near 30 degrees.

Sunday will be in the chilly 40s, too, with terrific travel-home weather in southern Michigan. Skies will be partly to mostly sunny.

Monday will be mostly sunny and fall-like. Highs will be in the middle and upper 40s. Wonderful weather for outdoor recess for students returning to school.

Tuesday will feel like spring, again. A warm front brings highs back in the 50s. Some rain showers are possible.
