A husband and wife arrested on bank robbery charges in Utah brought their two young children along for the ride, police told The Salt Lake Tribune.
William and Michelle Parker, both 27, were taken into custody Monday soon after a Wells Fargo bank in Tooele had been robbed.
Police found a 2-year-old and a 5-year-old in the back seat of the couple's car, according to The Associated Press.
The couple told police they turned to robbery because they were being evicted and faced a mounting pile of medical bills.
Police found a note demanding money and hundreds of dollars in cash in their car, The Salt Lake Tribune reported.
