Customers report possible AT&T outage in southeast Michigan

AT&T says there was no outage

Customers were reporting a possible AT&T outage in southeast Michigan.

The user-reporting site DownDetector.com showed a large number of reports around southeast Michigan, indicating a possible outage.

Users have commented from the Metro Detroit area, noting issues with phone service.

Having a serious problem with my iPhone. Texting still works but can't receive or send phone calls. Just happened today. Was fine yesterday and all days before then. When phone does ring people can hear me but I can't hear them.

Despite the customer reports, a spokeswoman from AT&T there was no outage in the area on Monday.
