Detroit police seek 2 suspects after home invasion on Bentler Street

1 supsect may have been stabbed with kitchen knife

DETROIT – Detroit police are searching for two home invaders including one who likely has a kitchen knife stuck in him. 

The homeowner told Local 4 two men broke into her bedroom about 5 a.m. Tuesday at the home in the 13000 block of Bentler Street. They jumped over her bed and demanded money. 

The woman's boyfriend confronted the invaders and a brawl ensued. The homeowner was injured and was sent to the hospital. One of the intruders likely was stabbed before he scrambled out of the home. 

Police are searching for both intruders. No descriptions are available.
