DETROIT - The Ford Flat Rock Assembly and Michigan Assembly plants are experiencing some weather-related down time this week.
Ford has said what the specific problems were.
Flat Rock Assembly is down Monday for both the day and afternoon shifts. Production employees should not report to work with the exception of those working in Stamping. Skilled Trades employees should still report as normal. All employees should report to work on Tuesday.
Michigan Assembly Plant in Wayne is down until the midnight shift Sunday, Feb.9.
A crew will start Monday Feb.10, at 6 a.m.
Individuals needed to support operations during the down week will be notified if they need to work.
