Fraser police seek suspect in 2 armed robberies

Police say similar suspect described at Family Dollar, Walgreens robberies

FRASER, Mich. – Police in Fraser are trying to figure out if an armed robber has struck again.

A man robbed the Family Dollar store Sunday night near Groesbeck Highway and Utica Road. He aimed a gun at two employees and put cash from the register into an ALDI's bag.

A similar-looking man robbed a Walgreens across the street this past Wednesday.

No one was hurt during the robberies.

On the Family Dollar store surveillance video, the man can be seen crouching as he enters the store. He also crouches once inside in an apparent effort to hide from surveillance cameras. He was wearing a blue shirt with white lettering across the front, dark pants and a white hat.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Fraser police.
