GROSSE POINTE, Mich. – Police believe a home invasion Saturday morning may be related to a home invasion and sexual assault in Grosse Pointe Woods last week.
According to police, the break-in at a home in the 700 block of Washington Road Saturday was similar to the one last weekend.
Last week, an armed man entered a home in the 19000 block of Raymond Street and sexually assaulted a woman.
The man in the first incident was described by authorities as white and tall with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, dark-colored jeans, a black mask and had a handgun.
