Davenport University in Warren closed Friday due to facility fire

Classes have been canceled Friday at Davenport University in Warren. A school spokesman said an electrical fire which started in the east elevator of the building sent a lot of smoke pouring into the rest of the building. There is some water damage on the first floor.
