2 arrested, 1 wanted after man killed in living room of Pontiac home

PONTIAC, Mich. – Two people were arrested and police are searching for a third after a man was killed in the living room of his Pontiac home.

Oakland County deputies were called around 7:40 p.m. Tuesday, May 23, to a home in the 300 block of Central Avenue in Pontiac. They had received a call from a woman who said her boyfriend had been shot in the living room.

When police arrived, they said they found a 33-year-old man who had been shot multiple times. He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead from his injuries.

Officers spoke to several witnesses at the scene.

Two people were arrested and taken to the Oakland County Jail. They are awaiting possible charges.

Authorities are still searching for a third person in connection with the shooting.

The investigation continues.
