DETROIT – One person was killed and another hospitalized Wednesday night in a drive-by shooting on Detroit's east side.
The shooting happened on the Conner Street exit ramp of Interstate 94. Both the shooter and the victims were in moving vehicles.
The hospitalized victim is in critical condition. Both victims were found in the car.
The suspect's vehicle is a tan van, a beat-up older model. Police say the weapon used was an AK-47.
Detroit police are searching for the suspect.
