DETROIT – Dan Gilbert's real estate company Rock Ventures has acquired another downtown Detroit office building.
The latest purchase is the 1001 Woodward office tower located at the corner of Woodward and Michigan avenues across from Campus Martius Park.

The 23-story building features 275,000 square feet of office space.
This is the 16th downtown building purchased by the founder of Quicken Loans.
