Fans get ready for baseball at TigerFest 2014

DETROIT – Tigers fans bundled up on a cold and windy Saturday afternoon for TigerFest 2014 at Comerica Park.

Fans get a unique, personal experience at the annual event in downtown Detroit.  TigerFest features a self-guided tour through the Tigers Home Clubhouse, including a visit to select Detroit Tigers executive offices.

The visitors dugout is open for fans to visit and snap a few photos. Dave Chandler and the staff from Chandler Bats will hold live baseball bat carving demonstrations all day, featuring an authentic bat lathe.

For kids only, there's an autograph booth where players and coaches will be signing memorabilia. Adults will have the chance to buy some one-of-a-kind autographed items and game-used memorabilia at Detroit Tigers Authentics inside Comerica park.

TigerFest 2014 runs from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.
