DETROIT – Detroit Mayor Dave Bing had something to smile about Tuesday morning -- he welcomed a new neighbor next door to his offices in the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center.
Accounting firm Price Waterhouse Coopers held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for their new offices in One Detroit Center.
