As the verdict waiting game continues, Kilpatrick has been keeping busy with a steady stream of tweets.

Yesterday he plugged his sister's television appearance:

KwameKilpatrick?@KwameAndFamily

Check out my sister, Diarra, on SOUTHLAND tonight at 10pm est (TNT). Lil sis is living her dream in LA.#proudbrother pic.twitter.com/YlLA4O1rxr

He tweeted more about family just mere hours ago:

Great conversation w/my 93yr old Grandfather. Great Man! Blessed 2 be able 2 draw from his poise & wisdom. #gratitude pic.twitter.com/9SFU0OOmGK

n response to a tweet that he should have listened to said grandfather when he was mayor, Kilpatrick replied:

@LionLenny I did sometimes. We had union harmony, record econ dev, low crime stats, housing starts, hosting nat'l events & spreading #DLove.

After another follower told Kilpatrick he believed in him and thanked him for being a great father, the former Detroit mayor tweeted back:

KwameKilpatrick?@KwameAndFamily

@ricej32 All is Well Brother! Just watching and waiting. I'm peaceful. Ready to start my life all over again. #victory

For now, watching and waiting is all a tethered Kilpatrick can do.
