MT PLEASANT, Mich. – The man accused in the murder of 4-year-old Carnel Chamberlain is expected to be back in court Tuesday for a pre-trial hearing.
20-year-old Anthony Bennett was indicted last week on first degree murder charges in connection with the boy's death.

A search for Carnel ended June 28th, when his remains were found under his house on the Saginaw Chippewa Indian reservation near Mount Pleasant.
The body was buried and extensively burned.
The 20-year-old Bennett lived at the home with Carnel and the boy's mother.
Bennett was watching him on June 21, the day that Carnel disappeared.
