TROY, Mich. – A 49-year-old man is accused of peeping on a woman who was in the shower at a gym in Troy.
Police said the incident happened May 26 while the woman was in the locker room of the LA Fitness on Maple Road.
The woman saw the suspect, later identified by police as Southfield resident Luis Agusto Ramirez, in the locker room and told him he was in the wrong place, police said.
Shortly after, she saw Ramirez watching her from under the stall, police said.
He also "lunged" at her, police said.
Ramirez was arrested and charged this week with indecent exposure by a sexually delinquent person, surveillance of a nude person and battery.
