CANTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. - A 20-year-old Romulus man faces charges after two reports this past weekend of women being groped at Canton Township stores.

Christopher Knight is accused of groping two women -- one at the JC Penney store on Ford Road between Morton Taylor and Sheldon roads and the second at the Kohl's store on Ford Road, west of Sheldon Road.

A woman shopping at Penney's said a man slid his hand down her pants and grabbed her. Police got a report of a similar incident in the Kohl's store.

Knight was arrested at the Penney's.

He is charged with two counts of 4th degree criminal sexual conduct. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 25.
