PONTIAC, Mich. - A 45-year-old man is accused of strangling his uncle to death inside a Pontiac apartment.

The Oakland County Sheriff's Office said Rico Gartis Walker and his uncle, 57-year-old Robert Brantley, got into an argument over a TV on Monday at the Phoenix Plaza apartments.

Walker allegedly strangled his uncle during the argument.

Walker has been charged with second-degree murder. He's being held without bond in the Oakland County Jail.
