Jones is accused of helping Justice after the slaying.

Meanwhile, Fox's two children, 8-month-old Kristian Justice and 6-year-old Kaylah Hunter, are missing.

Family members, police and volunteers have been looking for them since their mother's body was discovered.

Police have said blood evidence was found in the home Fox and her husband lived in, but they have not concluded whether it belonged to the mother or her children.
