YPSILANTI, Mich. - The Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office is looking for a man wanted in connection with a series of car break-ins at a hospital parking lot.

The office has released surveillance pictures of the man.

On Jan. 7, three vehicles that were parked in the St. Joseph Mercy Hospital parking lot were broken into. Two of the cars appear to have been unlocked, but the third had a window broken out. A laptop computer, GPS unit, car stereo, purse, first aid bag and money were stolen.

The following day, between 8:45 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., three additional reports of vehicle break-ins were reported in the same parking lot. All three cars had the driver's side front window broken out to gain entry.

Items stolen include a black backpack, red and purple purse, two sets of snow shoes and poles, two cell phone chargers and a pair of sunglasses.

There was also a report of a vehicle stolen in the parking lot that day between noon and 2:15 p.m., but it was later recovered.
