Man's body found in Detroit River is missing boater

A man's body was found by boaters in the Detroit River Sunday morning, according to the Coast Guard.

DETROIT - Authorities say a man's body found in the Detroit River has been identified as that of a boater reported missing several days earlier.

The Wayne County medical examiner's office has identified the man as 44-year-old Antonio McKelton.

The U.S. Coast Guard says the body was found Sunday morning. Crews had been searching for the man after he fell overboard in the river about 1:30 a.m. Thursday. He had been watching a concert from a 33-foot boat near the amphitheater at Detroit's Chene Park.

The show featured Avery Sunshine as well as the duo Kindred the Family Soul.
