MACOMB, Mich. – Ronald Dimambro, who allegedly beat his girlfriend's two-year old son last August, will stand trial in Macomb County Circuit Court on May 13 at 10 a.m.

Dimambro allegedly beat and shook Damien Sutton last August to the point he had to be hospitalized.
Macomb County Sheriff Tony Wickersham said Dimambro called 911 to report Sutton was having an asthma attack before later admitting to shaking the child.

Sutton died several days after the incident after being in a medically induced coma.
Dimambro is charged with murder and child abuse.
