About 1,500 Americans were participating in the annual "Port Huron Float Down" when heavy winds blew them into Canada!

The strong winds pushed the group, who were in floats, rafts, and inner tubes, along the Canadian shore.

Police, border security and coast guard agencies worked to pull the floaters safely from the waters.

They were all brought back to the States on Michigan transit buses.
