LINCOLN PARK, Mich. – A 4-year-old girl was found alone on the north end of Lincoln Park near Melvindale early Saturday.
According to police, it took officers three hours to track down the girl's father. He was asleep inside his home at the time.

Police want to charge the man with neglect because two other children were also inside the home when the 4-year-old was discovered alone.
Child Protective Services is also involved in this case.
