Coast Guard Cutter to break ice in Saginaw Bay

Coast Guard will conduct ice breaking operations on Friday

MICHIGAN – The U.S. Coast Guard will start ice-breaking operations in the Saginaw Bay on Friday.

The Coast Guard Cutter Holly Hock, a 225-foot ship, will start the operation later Friday afternoon.
