Two Wayne County Sheriff's deputies arrested  Leslie Jerome Griffin, 49, of Detroit, on Thursday afternoon.

Griffin is wanted for probation violation and several incidents of breaking and entering. He is suspected of breaking into Tom's Oyster Bar on Jefferson in Detroit at least eight times.

"I want to commend these officers for their alertness in spotting this suspect and taking him into custody," said Wayne County Sheriff Benny Napoleon.  "Getting him off the street is an important step toward creating a secure environment for businesses and customers."
