Henry Ford Community College hosts career expo

Career expo in Dearborn boasts more than 40 employers

DEARBORN, Mich. – Henry Ford Community College is hosting their second annual career expo on the main campus Friday, October 18.

Forty employers are looking to hire qualified candidates for a variety of jobs, including technology, food service, banking and retail.

Some of the companies who will be in attendance at the expo are Oakwood Healthcare System, the Dearborn Police Department, United Parcel Service (UPS), the US Army, Speedway, Guardian Alarm, Fort Lauderdale Police Department, Kelly Services, Busch's Fresh Food Markets, Belle Tire Distributors, Inc. and Reliance One.

There will be a morning session from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and an afternoon session from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The career expo is free and open to the public, as well as Henry Ford Community College (HFCC) students and alumni.

The expo takes place at the Andrew A. Mazzara Administration Services & Conference Center (ASCC) located on the main campus of Henry Ford Community College, 5101 Evergreen Road, Dearborn, Michigan.
