OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. – The Oakland County Sheriff's Office said detectives arrested a Maryland woman who, they say, traveled to Rochester Hills to sexually assault a 15-year-old girl.
Investigators said the girl's parents called them back in January because they believed their daughter met with the woman during the Thanksgiving holiday. The parents became suspicious after seeing something on the girl's Facebook account.

According to the Sheriff's Office, 22-year-old Roseanne Valesco Balagot traveled to Oakland County, picked up the victim, took her to a hotel room and sexually assaulted her. Investigators say Balagot knew the girl was underage.
The FBI and Baltimore County Police Department located and arrested Belagot.
She was brought to the Oakland County Jail on July 11th and charged with criminal sexual conduct in the third degree.
Belagot is being held on $75,000 bond.
