Donnellon said the pawn shop owner tipped off authorities the day before when the two had come in with a stolen laptop.

Donnellon said the two are suspected of breaking into dozens of cars in St. Clair Township, St. Clair and Marysville in recent weeks and then trying to sell the stolen property.

The two were arraigned Monday on charges on breaking and entering an auto involving an electronic device and receiving and concealing stolen property.
