Police: 3 rob gas station on corner of 6 Mile, Beech Daily

Police search for 3 men who robbed gas station clerk at gunpoint in Redford Township

REDFORD, Mich. – Police are investigating an armed robbery at a gas station on the corner of 6 Mile and Beech Daily in Redford Township.

Monday just after 2 a.m. police say three men walked into the station.

One of the men acted like he was purchasing items while another walked to register and pulled out a handgun.

Police say they demanded money from the female clerk.

One suspect is described as 5-foot 4-inchs tall. He was wearing a black hoodie.

The other suspect has a thin build. He is said to be around 6-foot, in his mid 20's and he was wearing a red hoodie.

The third suspect is a light skinned black male in his mid 20's. He was wearing a dark hooded jacket with fur trim.

The men fled the store with $100 from the register. The clerk was not hurt and police continue to investigate.
