DUNDEE, Michigan – A 53 year-old man has been arrested on two counts of criminal sexual conduct with a person under the age of thirteen.
The incident occurred several months ago in the Village of Dundee. The Dundee Police Department along with the Michigan State Police used several tips to track down Samuel Savett at an address in Lakeland Florida.

Savett was arrested and brought back to Michigan for arraignment. He is being held at the Monroe County Jail on a $100,000 cash bond.
