TROY, Mich. – Police responded to a report of a disturbance in a condominium parking lot in the 1000 block of Kirts in Troy.
Last Friday, Troy Police arrived and learned that there had been a confrontation in the evening between a 56 year-old Troy woman and a 20 year-old Birmingham female.

The Birmingham woman parked in a "reserved" parking space despite not being a condominium resident, which led to the disturbance, according to police.
The 20 year-old says the confrontation had escalated to an assault when the condo resident scratched her while trying to pull the car keys out of her ignition.
Police say the incident has been referred to the Troy City Attorney.
