Streak of homerun weather continues

DETROIT - Thursday morning will be crisp with lows in the low 60s.  Drivers will need sunglasses as temperatures rise into the 70s by the end of the morning rush.  U.S. Senior Open spectators will enjoy sunny skies and afternoon temps in the middle 80s.  Plenty of water and sunblock will be needed for all of the hours of exposure walking.

Thursday night will be fair and mild with lows in the middle 60s.

Friday will be hotter and more humid with highs near 90.  Gold Cup fans will enjoy hours of racing on the Detroit River with light winds and gentle conditions.

Friday night will have a few scattered showers, and showers and thunderstorms will dot the landscape Saturday and Sunday with warm, humid conditions.  Weekend highs will be in the middle and upper 80s.  Nighttime lows will be near 70.
