Tigers' opening day is Monday

The Four Tips was one of Motown's most consistent hit-makers during the 1960s, recording landmark singles such as "I Can't Help Myself (Sugar Pie Honey Bunch)," "Reach Out I'll Be There," "Bernadette," and many others.

The Tops left Motown records in 1972 and made hits with ABC-Dunhill records, including "Ain't No Woman (Like the One I've Got)," "Keeper of the Castle" and "Are You Man Enough." The group was inducted into the Rock'n'Roll Hall of Fame in 1990, the Vocal Group Hall of Fame in 199 and the R&B Music Hall of Fame in 2013.

They've also received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and a Rhythm and Blues Foundation Pioneer Award on 1997 and a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2009.

The Tops are currently led by Abdu "Duke" Fakir, the sole surviving founding member of the group. The current lineup includes:  Lawrence Payton, Jr., son of one of the Tops' founding members, and onetime Temptations member Ronnie McNeir.
